This Privacy Policy describes how REBUILD by FORGE ("REBUILD," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the App and provide you with a personalized experience:

Account Information

• Name — used to personalize your experience and display in your profile.
• Email Address — used to authenticate your account and communicate with you about the App.

User Content

• Onboarding responses and daily mission inputs — the information you enter to generate your personalized plan and daily missions (goals, training preferences, family and spiritual context, and similar inputs).

Identifiers

• User ID — a unique identifier assigned by our authentication provider (Firebase) to associate your data with your account.

Purchase Information

• Subscription status — whether you have an active subscription, its tier, and its renewal state. Payment information is processed entirely by Apple and is never received or stored by us.

Diagnostics

• Crash data — technical information about crashes or errors so we can improve the App's stability.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, health data, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or any information used for advertising or tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

All information we collect is used solely for App functionality, including:

• Creating and authenticating your account.
• Generating your personalized daily missions and long-term plans.
• Saving your progress, streak, and mission history so you can pick up where you left off.
• Processing and managing your subscription.
• Diagnosing crashes and improving stability.
• Responding to feedback or support requests you send us.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or tracking across other apps or websites.

3. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the App. Each processes only the minimum information required and is bound by its own privacy commitments:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database (Firestore), and crash reporting. Firebase's privacy practices are described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• RevenueCat — subscription management and receipt validation. RevenueCat's privacy practices are described at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• OpenAI — used to generate personalized daily missions based on the goals and inputs you provide. Requests are sent through our servers and are not used by OpenAI to train models. OpenAI's API privacy practices are described at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
• Apple — processes all payments and manages App Store distribution. See apple.com/legal/privacy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with data brokers, advertisers, or unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only with the third-party service providers listed above, and only as necessary to operate the App.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your associated personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or security purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the information we have about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for optional data collection at any time.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls on our database. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with the same care we would want for our own.

8. Children's Privacy

REBUILD by FORGE is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at rebuildbyforge@gmail.com and we will delete it.

9. International Users

Your information may be processed in the United States, where our service providers are located. By using the App, you consent to this processing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" above and, when appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
